Eleesha & Troy held their wedding ceremony at the Fremantle Seventh Day Adventist church, married by their priest Cameron Hooper surrounded by those nearest and dearest to them. Eleesha had attended this church since she was born and both her parents and grandparents were married there so it was very fitting and special for Eleesha to be the third generation in her family to say “I do” there. Sandalford wines was the perfect venue to hold their reception too. It was a beautiful blank canvas with a modern rustic style and also allowed them to have a seated meal with their large number of guests. Covid meant that they couldn’t have their summer wedding so they pushed their wedding back to the middle of winter and even though the weather was very threatening, we were very lucky and none of us got wet!

Tell me about yourselves … How did you meet? What do you do?..How do you spend your days?..What’s important in life?

Our parents actually knew each other growing up through school and church circles. We aren’t sure exactly when we met but it would’ve been when we were quite young. Troy has a big, tightly knit extended family so we grew closer to each other through them. Troy is a country boy at heart, having grown up on his family farm near Kojonup. I am from Perth so this meant we spent 3 years of our relationship driving back and forth to see each other. The long drives were well and truly worth it! Currently, Troy has moved up to Perth and is working as a 4WD Accessory Fitter while I study Nursing and Pre-Med. We love going camping and being outdoors with our friends and family.

How did you find me? Why did you pick me to capture your wedding day?

We found you through Instagram. We have chosen you as we love how raw and natural all of you work is! You capture all the pure emotions of the day. We love your use of drone shots and background sounds to set the scene, along with the use of audio from throughout the day.
